By blending function with modern, welcoming design, we enhanced the existing layout to create a space where connection and possibility thrive.

Design Concept:

Added seating, updated finishes, and a cohesive aesthetic attract new residents while supporting the leasing team. With statement wallpaper, fresh colors, vibrant artwork, and new furnishings, the design balances durability and style. Bringing renewed energy and longevity to this community hub.
