As founder of American Design, Pamela leads and inspires the team with creativity and knowledge. With over 35 years of experience she provides clients with the highest level of service and technical expertise. She has been recognized with 5 MAME awards for her innovative design work. “Thinking of our projects is always an exciting time for us, filled with energy and anticipation!” Away from work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, entertaining, and anticipating that next big adventure.

CHRISTY POLLARD

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Christy has always had a passion to create spaces that are not only beautiful and functional but also meet the needs of our clients. She believes good design should bring a space to life and create an experience for everyone who uses it. While pursuing her degree she found that collaborating with other designers was something she really enjoy ed, which makes her a great asset to the American Design Team. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, participating in recreational activities or just simply reading a good book. Her greatest joy, however, is being with those she loves.

LAUREN SISKAR

INTERIOR DESIGNER / WINDOW TREATMENT & MARKETINg Specialist

With her interior design degree Lauren loves working with people to create spaces that are mindful, purposeful, and reflective of our client’s personalities and lifestyles. She loves finding unique and creative solutions in the design industry. In addition, Lauren has a degree in graphic design that has taught her incredible attention to detail and unique technical skills. Born and raised in Washington, she has a passion for the PNW. In her personal life she enjoys raising her son, creating adventurous memories with family, and being artsy.

Ashley is an interior designer with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect individual style. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to understanding clients’ needs, she approaches each project with enthusiasm and creativity. With her interior design degree, Ashley combines fresh design concepts with modern aesthetics. She is committed to delivering personalized solutions that enhance both comfort and functionality. When not designing, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, traveling and DIY Projects, which continually inspire her design philosophy.
