15th Ave | Kitchen and Dining Remodel
Shortly after completing this client’s bathroom remodel they were ready to get started on their next big project… The KITCHEN!!! We couldn’t wait to give our clients the kitchen of their dreams!
Some of our favorite elements in this kitchen is the functionality of the new large island and appliance wall. We started with a new layout. By removing a few walls we opened up the space and created room for additional work zones. After that was done and before any other work really began we felt the start to a HUGE transformation! We selected finishes to compliment the recent bathroom model to create a crisp and cohesive look!
With the kitchen remodel also came the design of the new location for their dining space. Their sunroom became the perfect place! With such great lighting, it provided a nice transition from their kitchen into an airy and bright dining area. We incorporated a nice simple wood dining table to add some weight and warmth to the room. The beautiful grey upholstered chairs and a large pendant above completed the look. We finished off the space by updating their bench cushion and bringing in some large pillows to add color, texture and pattern to the room. Greenery is so important in each space, our favorite Fiddle Leaf Fig tree added some life and height to the corner. This was one of our favorite remodel projects of 2017!
