PAMELA STURGILL
Founder / Principal designer
As the founder of American Design, Pamela leads the team with a strong blend of creativity, vision, and over 35 years of industry experience. Known for her high level of service and technical expertise, she’s committed to delivering exceptional design solutions that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle.
Pamela’s innovative work has been recognized with five MAME Awards, a testament to her impact and leadership in the field. “Thinking about our projects is always an exciting time for us—filled with energy and anticipation!”
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys entertaining, spending time with family and friends, and planning her next big adventure.
CHRISTY POLLARD
Lead INTERIOR DESIGNER
Christy has always had a passion for creating spaces that are not only beautiful and functional but also thoughtfully tailored to each client’s needs. She believes great design brings a space to life and creates an experience for everyone who enters it.
While pursuing her interior design degree, Christy discovered a love for collaboration, especially with other designers—making her a natural fit for the ADI team.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, or getting lost in a good book. Most of all, she finds joy in being with the people she loves.
LAUREN SISKAR
INTERIOR DESIGNER / WINDOW TREATMENT Specialist
With her interior design degree Lauren loves working with people to create spaces that are mindful, purposeful, and reflective of our client’s personalities and lifestyles. She loves finding unique and creative solutions in the design industry. Lauren also has a degree in graphic design that has taught her incredible attention to detail and unique technical skills. Born and raised in Washington, she has a passion for the PNW.
In her personal life she enjoys raising her son, creating adventurous memories with family, and being artsy.
ASHLEY MASON
Interior Designer / SOCIAL MEDIA Curator
BASED IN ST. LOUIS, MO
Ashley is an interior designer with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect her clients’ personal style. After six years in the Pacific Northwest—where she refined her approach and love for natural, intentional design—she returned to her home state of Missouri to bring her fresh perspective to St. Louis and beyond.
With a degree in interior design and a sharp eye for detail, Ashley blends modern aesthetics with personalized solutions that balance comfort, style, and everyday functionality.
Outside of design, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and taking on DIY projects.
