TELKA APARTMENTS | SILVERDALE

Telka Apartments is a new multi-family community located in Silverdale, Washington.

For this project, we created a vibrant modern design consistent throughout the clubhouse which includes the lobby, offices, seating area, exercise room and party room. The pops of color we specified in the furniture, furnishings, decorative lighting, artwork, and accessories were key components in keeping a cohesive design. We also included accent walls with tile, paint design and a custom wall mural.

American Design enjoyed working on this project from start to finish. In addition to specification, our services included design development, space planning, CAD drawings, digital design presentations, delivery, and staging.
