NORMANDY PARK | REMODEL

After raising their family in this beautiful Normandy Park waterfront home, our clients were ready for a remodel/refresh. By utilizing the space of two guest bedrooms and enclosing an existing outdoor patio, we were able to create a luxury master suite on the main floor. Our clients requested their new master suite to be conducive to aging in place.

Another big request was to implement the existing built-in bench from their daughter’s previous bedroom… which we successfully incorporated into their new expansive master closet.

We specified new cabinetry, lighting, paint, wallpaper, custom window treatments, carpeting, finishes, and custom furniture pieces to complement their existing antique pieces throughout to complete this beautiful transformation.

Our clients are thrilled with the outcome and are excited to move back into the home that they raised their children in.
